We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Acute Inpatient Nurse Specialist. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute kidney disease, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, medication lists, and laboratory results.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient response to therapy.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
- At least 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in acute dialysis or critical care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in hemodialysis and/or ICU care, with knowledge of relevant medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care. Regular travel between facilities may be required.
Compensation and BenefitsOur competitive salary package includes a base salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
