Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and C5T's corporate objectives.
  • Lead a team of business and technical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Monitor progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Collaborate with customers, C5T corporate leadership, and key partners to plan, track, and report on project progress.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with C5T policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT, with a focus on software development, systems integration, and database management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Current PMP certification and ITIL Foundations, Practitioner, or Intermediate certification desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools and technologies.
