The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving intricate technical issues related to Mitsubishi Machining products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client sites to identify and rectify technical challenges.
  • Conduct mechanical and electrical inspections of machinery for necessary repairs.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance via phone when required.
  • Analyze and interpret schematics and diagrams for effective problem-solving.
  • Document issues and solutions thoroughly.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient understanding of mechanical drawings and wiring schematics.
  • Desirable CNC programming expertise.
  • Competence in Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Readiness to travel frequently.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Electronics or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
  • Skilled in electrical measurement and inspection methods.
  • Proficient in mechanical measurement and inspection techniques.

Work Environment:

This position involves indoor work with potential exposure to varying weather conditions. The noise level may range from moderate to loud, and overtime may be necessary. A valid driver's license is required.

Physical Demands:

The role requires frequent bending, twisting, standing, lifting, and carrying. Visual and color acuity are critical for successful performance.
