Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain precise logs for all hospital equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on various systems, including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems.
- Oversee the upkeep of the building and its associated systems.
- Hold certifications and/or licenses in specific trades relevant to healthcare engineering.

Qualifications:

Education, Experience, and Training:

1. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an acute healthcare environment is preferred.
2. Proficient in troubleshooting, reading schematics, and/or blueprints.
3. Possession of a valid state driver's license.
4. Certification and/or licensure in a relevant trade related to healthcare engineering (e.g., Steam boiler, HVAC, etc.).
5. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
