Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Paid Canvass and Phone Operations: Develop and implement strategies to maximize voter contact and engagement in key battleground states.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee the request for proposal process for paid phones and canvass vendors, ensuring timely and effective execution of voter contact efforts.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive reporting system, providing real-time data on voter contact efforts and progress towards goals.
  • Data Management: Work closely with the Data team to ensure seamless data flow between HQ, states, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Operations Coordination: Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure vendors have all necessary materials and scripts, ensuring a smooth and efficient voter contact process.
  • Field Operations: Conduct regular site visits to paid canvass offices and operations, ensuring compliance with DNC policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Deep Knowledge of Paid Canvass and Phone Operations: Proven experience in managing paid canvass and phone efforts, with a strong understanding of logistical processes and FEC regulations.
  • Multi-State Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage teams across multiple states, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving results.
  • Strong Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

The DNC offers a competitive salary of $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position that may require work on weekends and up to 50% travel. The DNC is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
