Job Summary

HealthOp Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team in Sun City, AZ. As an Orthopedic APP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and disorders related to the musculoskeletal system.
  • Assist physicians in orthopedic surgeries and other medical procedures.
  • Interpret and integrate data to determine preliminary diagnoses and therapeutic plans.
  • Prescribe medications within prescribed guidelines and instructions.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education about surgery procedures, methods of recovery, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan for each patient.
  • Document patient's condition, diagnosis, treatments, responses, and progress effectively in patient medical records.
  • Perform minor procedures and treatments as trained and directed.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and techniques in the field of orthopedics.

Requirements:

  • Completion of US Based NP/PA Program (Not Puerto Rico)
  • AZ State NP/PA License (Or able to obtain)
