Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough vulnerability discovery, analysis, and mitigation to ensure the security of our clients' networks.
  • Perform network auditing and traffic analysis using tools like Wireshark to identify potential security threats.
  • Design, implement, and administer Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) solutions to protect against cyber threats.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-level cybersecurity policies to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' data.
  • Conduct ASA vulnerability analysis and develop disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Design and implement proof-of-concept (pilot testing) of various security solutions to identify the most effective measures.
  • Develop and implement vulnerability identification and mitigation strategies to prevent cyber attacks.
  • Design and implement enterprise-level monitoring solutions to detect and respond to security threats in real-time.
  • Create training materials for employees and fellow administrators to enhance their cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify, monitor, and define the requirements of the overall security of the enterprise network.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for Systems Administrators within the organization.
  • Drive managed service delivery to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze cybersecurity alerts from various tools, network devices, and information systems to identify potential security threats.
  • Design, develop, modify, test, and integrate database or computer hardware systems to protect against cyber threats.
  • Perform cybersecurity incident detection, analysis, and prevention to minimize the impact of security breaches.
  • Perform vulnerability scans of networks and applications to assess their effectiveness and identify weaknesses.
  • Perform forensic analysis of information systems and portable devices to recover data and identify security threats.
  • Research and analyze cybersecurity threat indicators and their behaviors, and recommend threat mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver cybersecurity awareness training to enhance employees' knowledge and skills in cybersecurity best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.
Requirements
  • Occasional in-region and out-of-region travel may be required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Must provide own transportation when on company business.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Knowledge and/or experience in time/project management is preferred.
  • CISSP, CCNA security, Security +, or higher-level certification is preferred.
