We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Cardiology Unit team at Mission Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including those undergoing surgery and those requiring ongoing medical management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance the quality of care and patient outcomes.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent experience.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Previous hospital acute care experience, preferably in a medical cardiology unit.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
