We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care.

This is a full-time opportunity where you will be performing home health visits, providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes throughout the Lansdale area.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional status.
  • Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety and independent living.

Requirements:

  • A current PA Occupational Therapist license.
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
