Nursing Professional Position LPN Day Shift

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Northern Metropolitan Center in Monsey, NY. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Record and monitor residents' health details, including vital signs and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting resident comfort and well-being.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
- Valid LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
