We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer to join our team at Dental Dreams in Chicago. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure effective implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance program leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively working with administrative and clinical leadership to accomplish compliance-related matters.
- Ability to work independently to identify bottlenecks in processes and create solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
- Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improving them continuously.
- Proven experience as a Regulatory Risk Officer.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical industry's standards and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
- Certified Risk Management professional is a plus.
- Competitive salary: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year.
