About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health in Fort Worth, Texas. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our patients' procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations, maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
  • Prepare and maintain instrument tables, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless execution of surgical procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
  • Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or completion of formal training in ST from Military/Public Health Service or employed in ST role in a Healthcare facility prior to 9/1/2009.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
