Job Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Reston, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Progressive Care Unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and collaborate with a talented group of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
