Job Summary

The Part-Time Infusion Nurse will provide primary patient care for assigned patients, including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education. This role will primarily involve IVIG administration in a provider office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, administering IVIG and other medications as prescribed
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Establish and maintain peripheral intravenous lines, as well as access and manage central venous lines (PICC lines, implanted ports, midlines)
  • Efficiently submit clinical records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Prepare and administer medications, as well as triage infusion patient inquiries
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and clinic operations
Requirements
  • RN or LPN licensure required
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with background in infusion therapy
  • Current nursing license for applicable state
  • Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g. CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred
  • Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Work Schedule

Part-Time, around 24 hours per week. Tuesdays and Wednesdays guaranteed. Flexible scheduling, with M-F hours 8a-5p as needed.
