Our drivers operate heavy-duty waste disposal vehicles and are responsible for the collection of waste and recyclable material. We strive for perfection in everything we do. Our competitive compensation package includes:

* Competitive hourly pay
* Overtime eligible paid at time and a half
* Incentive program with earnings above your hourly compensation
* Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 (for drivers with 2+ years experience)
* Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule:

* Home every night
* Monday through Friday schedule. Weekends as needed.
* Day shift typically starting:

\t6 am for residential
\t3 am for commercial

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Operate company vehicles in a safe manner in compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements, all local, state, and federal laws and Kimble policies.
* Perform pre-and post-trip inspection of the vehicle, and document/report any mechanical or safety issues to supervisors.
* Immediately notifies Supervisor of accidents, injuries, or property damage
* Maintains and updates route sheets and driver logs
* Attending scheduled safety meetings, information sessions, and trainings.
* Performs other duties assigned to by Supervisors such as assisting with other routes to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Must have CDL B license(or A)
* Must have a minimum of 1-year of verifiable driving experience with a clean driving record
* Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
* Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle records check
* Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Hiring Radius:

* Drivers must live within 50 miles of Twinsburg, OH or be willing to relocate for this position
