Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Applications Engineer to join our team in Kearney, NE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, machining processes, and machine tool configuration.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CNC programs for various machining applications. This will include creating process plans, setting up and operating machine tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain accurate CNC programs for machining operations
* Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve manufacturing processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine tool performance and part quality
* Provide training and support to production personnel on CNC programming and operation

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 3+ years of experience in CNC programming, machining, and machine tool configuration
* Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code)
* Experience with machine shop operations, including setup, operation, and maintenance of machine tools

What We Offer
