About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN/LPN to provide exceptional resident care in our thriving community of active-minded senior adults.

This is a 12 hour night shift position that requires a strong positive attitude toward customer service and a genuine interest in geriatric care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides direct nursing care to residents in a 24-hour operation and delegates and supervises the care provided by nursing assistants.
  • Administers medications, performs treatments and procedures, obtains specimens as needed, and completes documentation as required.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in assisting in the daily operation of the nursing department.
  • Provides daily supervision and leadership to assigned staff and directly provides nursing care to residents as assigned.
  • Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living, family/social activities and actively promotes independent lifestyle of residents.
Requirements

Unencumbered RN or LPN license for the state of Missouri.
