POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in Orthopedics, your role is essential in ensuring successful procedures and providing compassionate care to patients daily.


EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Full-time

Victor Medical Campus - Orthopedics

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday, Day shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Patient Care & Services: Collaborate with the medical team, administer treatments, and provide support to patients and their families
  • Medication Administration & Reporting: Ensure adherence to medication protocols and accurate reporting
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough and precise records using electronic systems
  • Facility Preparation: Ensure clinical areas are well-equipped and exam rooms are stocked

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Medium Work:
Involves physical exertion and frequent movement of objects, with the capability to lift moderate to heavy weights

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • BLS
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)


 LPN
  • Licensed Practical Nurse credentialed by the New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PAY RANGE:
$26.60 per hour

The displayed pay range reflects the current base pay for successful candidates and is subject to adjustments based on various factors. Compensation considers experience, qualifications, and other relevant aspects.
