Job Summary:

This role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will investigate and think critically to solve complex problems. Your work will involve working closely with the team to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with associates, customers, and vendors to promote a safe and secure work environment
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and support to associates on safety and security procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
