Job Summary

The Cashier/Server is the face of LagunaAside to our customers. A successful candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and guide them through the ordering process
  • Accurately take orders and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to city health codes
  • Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties, including re-stocking and cleaning
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
