Overview

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a skilled DC Timekeeper to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ Distribution Center. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely timekeeping support for our DC associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily timesheets, resolve missing punches, and audit/correct reporting pay
  • Assist associates with utilizing employee self-service functions
  • Perform filing and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with management to ensure accurate payroll processing

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of payroll experience, with HR Generalist experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of HRIS and Payroll Timekeeping systems a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
