**Job Summary**

The Casino Housekeeper is a vital member of the Caesars Entertainment team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our casino floors. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure all slot machines, floors, glass, walls, and stairs are clean and well-maintained.
  • Vacuum all casino floors and mop floors around service bars, offices, and restrooms.
  • Restock and clean all restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
  • Remove trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans, and deposit in outside dumpsters.
  • Contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees.
  • Respond to biohazard fluids on the property, wearing appropriate protective gear.
  • Participate in company-required training and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, interacting positively with guests and colleagues, and handling difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Report to work in a neat, clean, and pressed uniform, with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
