Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at CSL Behring. As a key member of our reliability engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment maintenance strategies and plans to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain equipment maintenance strategies and plans to ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant operations.
  • Reliability Analysis: Conduct reliability analysis and studies to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • CMMS Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data and execute Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) improvements.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our maintenance programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical cGMP utilities plant maintenance, including clean room, HVAC, water system, pure steam systems, and critical gases.
  • Certifications: Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) preferred.
