About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solutions Architect to join our team at Techpeople, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Develop requirement models for tasks related to procure to pay and supply chain processes in anchor platforms using Ariba on Demand, SAP ERP ECC and EWM.
  • Identify and develop integration with SAP and Non-SAP Systems, experience in developing integrations with a leading Integrations models (API, Web Service etc).
  • Provide on-site expertise, walking the halls at the customer location on a weekly and daily basis.
  • Work with Senior SAP Sales Leaders from Techpeople, Inc to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and advance them to a convincing proposal stage.
  • Manage and lead SAP projects from conception to proposal, ensuring timely delivery of proposals with great quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to SAP architecture and project management.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Over 15 years of experience in SAP FICO - Finance, Controlling, and Taxation.
  • SAP Agile Development Experience.
  • SAP Certifications SAP, R3, S4HANA, HANA, S/4.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis and redesign.
  • Certification in SAP Architecture or related areas.
  • 5-7 years of experience in SAP Architecture.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading SAP projects.
  • Telecom Industry MRO and Services background - preferred though not mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards.
