Job Overview

At NurseCore, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are currently seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support individuals in their own residences. Enjoy the flexibility of creating your own schedule while benefiting from Same-Day Pay.

As a Home Health Aide, your role will be vital in delivering essential care to patients, either in their homes or in medical facilities. Your daily interactions with patients will enable you to relay important updates to nursing staff regarding their health status. You will be tasked with ensuring that each patient receives high-quality care in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the safety of care delivery in home settings, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Deliver care according to the established care plan and under the direction of a registered nurse.
  • Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate these to the supervising RN.
  • Provide personal care, assist with meals, support mobility, perform light housekeeping, and offer companionship.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, infection control measures, and utilize appropriate protective equipment.
  • Complete all required training and in-service sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Current CPR certification in line with American Heart Association standards.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a similar role.

About NurseCore:

NurseCore is more than just a staffing agency; we are a community committed to compassionate care. Our leadership team prioritizes the development of our caregivers and nurses, fostering strong partnerships within the communities we serve. We invite you to become part of our family and contribute to meaningful care.

Why Choose NurseCore?

Our healthcare professionals are the cornerstone of our organization. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a user-friendly mobile app for managing timesheets. Our dedicated 24/7 caregiver support staff is always available to assist you.

NurseCore provides a range of benefits, including health insurance and immediate employment verification through Equifax. Unlike many agencies, we employ our health professionals directly, ensuring they receive liability coverage, employer-paid taxes, overtime, and holiday pay. We strive to provide an exceptional working experience for our team.

We are committed to upholding the highest standards of professional and compassionate nursing services. All applicants must consent to a background check and drug screening as part of our hiring process.
