About the Regional Float Pool - Inland Northwest

Competitive compensation ranging from $47.69 to $88.37, based on tier and years of experience, is available.

Position Summary:

Regional Float Pool Registered Nurses play a vital role in supporting MultiCare's Acute Care Adult and Pediatric hospitals, Ambulatory Care Clinics, Behavioral Health, and Freestanding Emergency Departments. They deliver essential clinical nursing care, perform assessments, administer treatments, adhere to care plans, and educate patients and their families. These RNs are knowledgeable in High Reliability Organization principles, patient-centered care, and ensure exceptional service by following protocols, safety measures, efficient documentation, and acting as patient advocates in accordance with ANA ethics codes. Providing an outstanding patient and family experience is a top priority for Regional Float Pool RNs.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in nursing
  • Preferably, an Advanced Nursing Degree (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP)
  • Graduate of a recognized nursing school
  • Active Washington State RN license
  • Experience of at least 3 years; 5 years preferred
  • Ensure compliance with CPR and ALS policies

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salaries, medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and vacation time. In compliance with applicable pay transparency regulations, we disclose a competitive compensation range for each role. The salary range is $68.37 USD. However, pay considerations include factors such as skill proficiency, experience level, and certifications/education. If this role falls under a union agreement, compensation will align with the relevant pay scale based on the applicant's experience.
