Job Summary

We are seeking board eligible/board certified internal medicine or family medicine physicians to join our Post-acute/Longterm Care team on O'ahu. The ideal candidate will be experienced working as a hospitalist or in skilled nursing facilities, a team player, and dedicated to providing high quality medical care.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality medical care to patients in post-acute and longterm care settings
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices

Requirements
  • Board eligible/board certified internal medicine or family medicine physician
  • Experience working as a hospitalist or in skilled nursing facilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
