Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate loss and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Coordinate tax preparation and insurance renewals with external vendors.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve financial operations and efficiency.
  • Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
  • Update business and accounting work processes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2-10 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
  • Strong accounting background with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with project accounting and month-end/year-end close processes.
  • Ability to prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
