Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Willert Home Products. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment throughout the plant in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair production equipment, including high-speed filling and packaging machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
