Job Summary: Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to provide high-quality home health care services to patients in need.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated and directed home nursing care to patients according to physician orders and agency policies.
- Responsible for supervising and evaluating Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses.
- Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance.
- Average number of patients per day: 5-8.
- Points per day/week: 30 points per week, broken down by type of visit and activity.
- Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day, equating to roughly 6-8 points.
- Guaranteed hours: No, but if unable to meet financial needs due to low patient census, please discuss with AM to float to nearby clinic.
- Types of cases: Start of care, wound care, follow-up visits, etc.
- Years of experience required: Minimum 1 full year of adult home health experience or 1 full year of hospice experience, depending on specialty.
- First-timers accepted: No, must have recent specialty experience.
- Weekend requirement: Varies per location and profession, discuss during interview.
- Certs required: CPR, BLS.
- On-call requirement: Varies per location and profession, discuss during interview.
- Territory/County covering: Territory mileage radius, willing to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic, mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate.

Contract Details:
