">We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our innovative Mobile Crisis Team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing communication around crisis situations, providing risk assessments, and de-escalation interventions.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of crisis intervention principles, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. If you are passionate about making a difference in your community, we encourage you to apply.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Conduct mobile, office-based, telephonic, and virtual/video crisis assessments, safety planning, and treatment planning for individuals and families in crisis.
- Maintain positive relationships with community agencies, government entities, and other professionals.
- Promote a healthy work environment by demonstrating collaborative decision-making and team-building behaviors.
- Ability to write comprehensive notes in Electronic Health Records and operate PC-based programs.
- Assist in assessing, developing, implementing, and resolving emergent and non-emergent calls.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and PC-based programs.
