Compensation Range: $275,000 - $290,000 / Year

Responsibilities
Patient Care:

  • Assess and manage a range of medical conditions.
  • Create and execute detailed treatment strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.

Communication:

  • Engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Deliver clear and concise medical information.
  • Promote a collaborative, patient-centered healthcare environment.

Documentation:

  • Ensure accurate and current patient documentation.
  • Record medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Comply with coding and billing standards.

Diagnostic Procedures:

  • Order and interpret diagnostic assessments, including lab tests and imaging.
  • Perform necessary medical procedures.
  • Work alongside specialists for further diagnostic insights.

Team Collaboration:

  • Partner with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
  • Provide consultative support to fellow healthcare providers.

Quality Improvement:

  • Participate in initiatives aimed at quality assurance and enhancement.
  • Analyze clinical outcomes for ongoing improvement.
  • Implement strategies to elevate patient care and safety.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and compliance mandates.
  • Engage in quality audits to ensure adherence to established standards.

Continuous Learning:

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid and unrestricted medical license in California.
  • Board eligible or board certified in the relevant medical specialty.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program.
