Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at A1 Body & Glass. As a key member of our Body Shop, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement accurate repair plans for each vehicle
  • Prepare estimates in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelines
  • Manage and execute a timely schedule for repairs, ensuring seamless communication with customers and insurance companies
  • Consult with management on new procedures and equipment in the industry
Requirements
  • Proficiency in CCC Estimating Software
  • Experience with MITCHELL Estimating is a plus
  • CCC Parts Ordering
  • Collision Link and Parts Trader Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude and customer service mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Math, reading, and computer skills
  • Ability to learn new technology and procedures
