Culinary Team Member Opportunity
Join our dynamic culinary team at Quinnipiac University and become an integral part of delivering exceptional dining experiences. As an Executive Chef II, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, developing menus, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your ability to train and motivate kitchen staff, manage inventory, and optimize food production will be essential to the success of this role.

About the Role
In this leadership position, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. Your expertise in managing a high-volume kitchen and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements will be valuable assets to our team. You will also be responsible for training kitchen staff on food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience. A.S. or equivalent experience is required, and a comprehensive knowledge of food trends, quality control, and presentation is necessary. Additionally, you should be experienced with computers and familiar with Microsoft Office applications. ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and retirement plans.
