Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the workflow of jobs inbound and outbound, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Create job routers for customer orders, streamlining production and reducing errors.
  • Schedule jobs on the machine, optimizing production capacity and minimizing downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, suppliers, and customers, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy to required specifications, completing assigned inspection and job traveler paperwork.
  • Perform pre-inspection of tooling, laser etching, manual machine operating training, and machine preventive maintenance.
  • Operate 5-axis grinding equipment, ensuring high-quality production.
Requirements
  • First shift availability, Monday – Friday, 8 – 4:30.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Previous experience in an Inside Sales position is a plus.
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity, not seasonal or temporary.
