Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive revenue growth through effective customer service and sales strategies.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive team environment and promoting engagement and efficiency.
  • Ensure consistent quality control measures and processes are followed.
  • Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
  • Provide clear direction to the team and ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
  • Guide and mentor automotive technicians and customer service associates.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
  • Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
  • Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
