Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care
  • Responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift
  • Staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel
  • Working with physicians and other medical professionals

Requirements:
  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
