Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and ambulation.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts and records.
  • Order and maintain unit equipment and supplies.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a Level I - Nurse Aide education program approved by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Current listing as a Nursing Assistant I (NA I) with the Division of Facility Services.
  • Basic life support certification.
