We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our team at Professional Services Group & Community Impact Programs. As a Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing psychological evaluations and assessments to our clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews, test administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing.
- Provide feedback to clients, families, and treatment team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Exercise sound judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Participate in clinical consultation with our licensed psychologists, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Attend all necessary staffing meetings, contributing to the development of treatment plans and making recommendations as needed.
- Respond promptly to requests from county entities, such as the Division of Milwaukee Child Protective Services, within 24 hours.
- Present evaluation results in court hearings, as required, and advocate for additional services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to program standards and ensuring compliance.
- Possess a Ph.D. or Psy.D. and be eligible for future licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Wisconsin.
- Have previous experience providing psychological/neuropsychological evaluations, with a strong understanding of assessment tools and techniques.
- Hold a valid driver's license and automobile insurance, with reliable transportation for daily duties.
- Possess a LPC or related training license, preferred.
