Dialysis Patient Care Specialist

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a skilled Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Key responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and performing patient observations. You will also be responsible for setting up hemodialysis machines and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our patients.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong desire to care for people and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO is preferred. Experience in a similar role is also highly valued.
