Job Description
This role involves installing, maintaining, and mentoring junior technicians to ensure operational efficiency and safety. You'll play a critical role in minimizing downtime and promoting innovative practices within the organization. In this position, you will use your skills to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building.

Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
• Develop skills and mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles
• Use your skills to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems
• Ensure operational efficiency and safety by following established procedures and guidelines

Requirements
• High school or equivalent diploma
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• 2+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience
• 2+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or related mechanical/controls equipment experience
• 2+ years of reading blueprints and electrical schematics experience
• 2+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience
• 1+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE) experience
