Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being.
  • Implement and supervise physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Supervise and delegate patient care to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians, ensuring high-quality care and efficient workflow.
  • Conduct patient education and discharge planning to promote independence and self-management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required), Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, with a focus on outpatient lymphedema care.
  • Licensure/Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification, Rehab-licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Computer Skills: Basic keyboarding skills, proficiency in EPIC, Excel, and PowerPoint.
