About the Role:

Cryo Slim Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality skin and body treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Expert Skin and Body Treatments: Offer a range of treatments, including waxing, facials, body treatments, and makeup applications, to help clients achieve their desired skin and body goals.
• Teach Makeup Lessons: Share your expertise and teach clients how to enhance their natural beauty with makeup.
• Manage Client Schedules: Adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring and managing client schedules.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, accompany them to and from treatment rooms, and thank them on departure.
• Conduct Client Interviews: Interview clients to obtain information about contraindications and assess their skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments.
• Advise on Skin Care: Recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens to help clients achieve healthy and glowing skin.
• Engage with Clients: Engage with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests and provide a personalized experience.

Requirements:

• Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience as an Esthetician or similar role, with a deep understanding of skin care techniques and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, develop a plan of action for client care, and make clients feel comfortable and at ease.
• Education and Certification: High School diploma or GED equivalent with a valid Esthetician's license.
