Job Summary

Community Integrated Living Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QIDP Supervisor to join our team. As a QIDP Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential programs, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management
    • Develop and implement effective program strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
    • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train QIDP staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Client Services
    • Ensure that all clients receive the highest level of care and support, meeting their individual needs and goals.
    • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure that our programs are aligned with community needs and resources.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, special education).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QIDP or supervisory role in a residential setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Working Conditions
