Job Title: Computer Network Architect

Chenega Corporation is seeking a skilled Computer Network Architect to join our team in Patuxent River, MD.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to design, implement, and maintain computer and information networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network architecture, security, and data communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks.
  • Perform network emulation/virtualization, analysis, and planning.
  • Implement network and computer security measures.
  • Install and upgrade systems software and maintain software configuration management.
  • Research and recommend network and data communications hardware and software.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience OR
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, CNSSI/NTSSI 4015-Systems Certifiers/4016-Risk Analysts, and 3+ years of relevant experience OR
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, active CSWF Code 451, 651, 652 certifications, or CompTIA Security + and GSEC and SSCP, and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI clearance
