**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client services to ensure delivery of high-quality home care
  • Manage caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with Clinical Managers to supervise and support licensed field employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; prior experience in pediatrics and skilled nursing a plus
  • Previous medical office or home care experience required; supervisory experience beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Proficient in electronic medical records and other software applications
