About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Caregiver to join our team at Triangle, Inc. As a key member of our Residential Program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs.

This is a part-time position (16 hours/week) working Saturday and Sunday from 10am-6pm. You will be responsible for delivering individualized support, promoting independence, and fostering a positive living environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct care coverage and support for individuals served during assigned shifts.
  2. Collaborate with residents to promote growth in quality of life areas, including individual control, respect and dignity, relationships, community membership, personal growth and accomplishments, and personal well-being.
  3. Assist residents in working on areas identified in their Individual Support Plans, in conjunction with other team members.

Estimated Salary: $25-$30 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, one to three months related experience, and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

You must also possess excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to read, analyze, interpret, and write documents, and respond to inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies or family members.
