Overview

Synergie Medication Collective is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Engineering to lead our engineering, infrastructure, and security functions. This role will be responsible for supporting the company's technology strategy, focusing on both infrastructure and product development initiatives.

Estimated Salary

$160,000 - $190,000 per year

Job Description

This position involves leading cross-functional teams, developing standards and best practices across engineering, infrastructure, and security. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architecting solutions, managing security controls, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering Leadership: Develop and maintain standards and best practices across engineering, infrastructure, and security.
  • Day-to-Day Execution: Oversee day-to-day execution of engineering efforts across infrastructure, security, and product development to meet business needs.
  • Technical Support: Actively engage in the execution of engineering efforts, providing direct technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Architecting Solutions: Strong expertise in architecting solutions and hands-on execution within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring technical resources.
