At Martine Center, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN Specialist to join our team in White Plains, NY.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves working as part of a dynamic team to provide high-quality care to residents in our 200-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, maintaining accurate records of resident health details.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, ensuring resident comfort and well-being.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output, identifying any potential issues or concerns.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid NY State LPN license.
  • Be in good standing with the State Registry.
  • Have experience working in a sub-acute setting, preferably with Sigmacare knowledge.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Martine Center offers a competitive salary of $35.38 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.
