Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Server to join our team at Embassy Suites Tucson Paloma Village. As a Breakfast Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring a wide variety of fresh items are available throughout service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations.
  • Replenish food and drink orders, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
